Changes expiry stickers on items..bought cheese that 'expires' in 3 months but opened up and full of mold

They were out of my Schneider's beef pies that were on sale...they had other ones but not the ones I like

I shop at this Fresco all the time..nice and very helpful staff..clear store...and good prices...this Fresco has always been clean, helpful staff and good prices...but since Covid-19 started they have been so much more professional at keeping customers and staff safe..by keeping store very clean, good walking spaces throughout store, monitoring customers going in and out, and even monitoring one by one customers to cashiers and Tks to all cashiers for wonderful work they do especially during this pandemic of Covid-19

No hand sanitizer available, carts not cleaned so be prepared with your own wipes

Good place with good prices....not so different from nofrills and other similar type of stores

This is one of my "go to" stores for groceries. Neatly organized and well stocked. Recommend bringing quarters for the carts and parking in the furthest parking lot for the easy of grabbing cart. Carts are not close to the enterance doors.

Good place for groceries shopping. They always fresh vegetables and fruits. Not a busy place, easy to shop. Good customer service and the associates are very helpful and friendly. Absolutely great price on almost everything. Keep your price always down for one of the happy customer s like me.

Good shopping experience, but I am a little concerned with one cashier not wearing any face covering of any kind during these times.

Convenient grocery store with lots of variety of fresh produces and excellent services. You can find lots of discounted food items everytime you visit.

Better FreshCo compared to the the ones west from this branch. Always Clean, and stocked up and it’s open until 10pm unlike the other locations all close at 9pm. Friendly staff 2.

Fresco is my favorite shopping center this is 2 km from my house very comfortable for me to shop all my groceries from their I like & love to visit Fresco again every weekend .

The very best place to grocery shop in the Oshawa/Courtice area. Items are reasonably priced and the produce are of an excellent quality.

A staff named "Marina" in this store is very rude and unprofessional. She told me I cannot buy over 2 bags of rice just because the rice is on sale, but there is no notice showing any limitation for the rice. I don't care these two bags of rice, but she is soooo rude.....

Great service, store very clean and easy to navigate through the store.

Didn't get what I went in to buy & it's not the first, second or third time at that particular store. I use other stores with no problem.

They're rude and have a low commitment to actually helping customers.

What I like most about them is they have appropriate number of staff on for the business they expect to come in. Cannot say that for some of their competitors. I was there 2 Fridays ago right after opening, as were MANY others and a very long line but it was organized and every cash/till was open. Prices are fair and selection is pretty good for the size of store.

Thank you staff for keeping the store clean and safe for customers. You are all doing an amazing job. I've seen many of you cleaning high touch areas constantly. Thank you 👍

My go-to place for groceries. I love the variety of fresh fruits and veges, the options of South Asian cuisine and the reasonable prices. There's almost nothing on my grocery list that I wouldnt find here.

I like fresco I needed to know about a plant,there was no tag to let me know if it was shade begonias,the gentle men went outside to find out for me,most of the time you get,I don't know,without trying to find out,so I was impressed that the gentleman actually went out side to look for me.🙂

I used to shop at This location every week. Last week I purchased some mangoes from the produce section and that night when I cut into them each and every mango was rotten inside. The next day I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. I ended up speaking to Peter. I was very disappointed in the way he handled the situation as he told me there is nothing he can do about it and his shift was almost over. I have photos of the rotten produce and I find it embarrassing that a store that has the word “Fresh” in their name is perfectly fine with selling rotten food. Due to the unprofessionalism of the representative I spoke with, I will no longer be giving this location any business at all and I highly recommend to everyone who reads this that they do the same and give your business the competitors directly across the street.

Only 1 cashier open at 7pm on Wednesday. Not the first time. Sale items from the flyer not in stock. Would only shop there as a last resort.

Friendly staff are always helpful

Great prices, weekly deals and friendly staff. However, it would be nice to see diversity amongst the staff members. Some difficulties I find is that if you don't do your shopping at a certain time of day there won't be a lot of produce left before restocking happens.
